Terms and Conditions for Consignment Services
- Following a consignment form submission, you must post the cards stated in that form to the address provided at the end of the process.
- Sparkwood Collectables Limited accepts no liability for the loss of stock in transit.
- Sparkwood Collectables Limited will market and advertise consigned cards after they are delivered to the business.
- Once any card from your consigned order has been sold, Sparkwood Collectables Limited will contact you by email to arrange payment via your chosen method.
- You will receive the total sale price of each item, minus the consignment percentage fee.
- The consignment percentage fee is 12% if an item sells for less than £500.
- The consignment percentage fee is 10% if an item sells for more than £500.
- You may request any unsold stock consignments to be returned to you at any time, and Sparkwood Collectables Limited will post them via tracked mail service to your specified address within 10 working days. You will need to pay the postage costs.
