Our Return Policy

At Sparkwood Collectables, we want you to be thrilled with your new cards, figures, and collectables! But if something's not quite right, we’re here to help.

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

How to Return an Item

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it - unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Your request must come from the same email address used for the original order. 

To get started, just get in touch. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if your return is approved.

Important: Please don't send anything back without contacting us first - we want to make sure everything goes smoothly!

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

We pack each order with care, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know right away. Contact us and we’ll be in touch within 2 business days. 

What Can’t Be Returned

Some items are final sale:

- Opened sealed booster packs

- Unboxed sealed products

- Gift cards

- Sale items

Want to Exchange?

The quickest way to get the item you’re after is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is heading to the EU, you're entitled to a 14-day window to return your order for any reason. Items must still be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Contact us to get started.

Refunds

We'll provide you with a postal address to send your returns to. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t seen it land, feel free to get in touch.
