Section 1. Promotion period

The promotion runs from 17 October 2025 (00:01, UK time) to 30 November 2025 (23:59, UK time) (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received outside these times are invalid.

Section 2. Eligibility

Open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales) aged 18+ only. Employees, contractors or agents of the Promoter and their household members are not eligible. If marketing to Northern Ireland or outside GB, separate terms will be required.

Section 3. How to enter and tiers

There are four separate tiers. Entry into the paid tiers is incidental to purchase at the usual selling price. No part of the price of any product has been increased to fund this promotion. Entry is automatic and free with qualifying purchases.

• Tier 1 (Paid): a single qualifying order of £25 - £54.99 (after discounts, before shipping) gives 1 entry into Tier 1.
• Tier 2 (Paid): a single qualifying order of £55 - £74.99 gives 1 entry into Tier 2 and 1 entry into Tier 1.
• Tier 3 (Paid): a single qualifying order of £75+ gives 1 entry into Tier 3, 1 entry into Tier 2 and 1 entry into Tier 1.
• Tier S (Subscribers’ Tier): anyone subscribed to the Sparkwood email list at any time during the Promotion Period is entered into Tier S.

Non-stacking rule (per order): Each order is assessed on its own. Order totals do not combine across multiple orders to reach a higher band. Discount codes are allowed. Thresholds are calculated after discounts and before shipping. All products on site qualify unless excluded in Section 6. Pre-orders count only when dispatched or fulfilled.

Unlimited purchase entries: There is no cap on the number of qualifying orders a person can make during the Promotion Period; each qualifying order generates entries as above.

Clear examples - spend to entries

• Example A: Order of £30 → 1 entry into Tier 1.
• Example B: Order of £30, then a separate order of £30 → 1 entry into Tier 1 for the first order + 1 entry into Tier 1 for the second order (total: Tier 1 = 2 entries).
• Example C: Order of £30, then a separate order of £80 → First order gives 1 Tier 1 entry. Second order gives 1 entry into Tier 3, 1 into Tier 2 and 1 into Tier 1. Totals: Tier 3 = 1 entry; Tier 2 = 1 entry; Tier 1 = 2 entries. Order values do not stack across orders.

Section 4. Returns, cancellations and eligibility checks

Only completed, fulfilled and non-refunded orders are eligible at the time of the draw. Orders returned or cancelled before the draw will void their related entries. If an order forming part of a winning entry is returned or cancelled after the draw, the Promoter may withdraw the prize and select an alternate winner or require the return of the prize if already dispatched. This does not affect statutory consumer rights. The Promoter may verify identity, eligibility and order status and may request proof of age and purchase.

Section 5. Abuse policy

Entries linked to cancelled or refunded orders will be void. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable admin fee or disqualify entrants where multiple returns are made with intent to exploit the promotion.

Section 6. Prizes

• Tier 1 - five winners: 1× Prismatic Booster Bundle; 1× Entei HGSS Promo graded slab (GetGraded 7); 2× Rebel Clash Booster packs and 2× Sword & Shield Booster packs; 1× Janine's Secret Art - Prismatic Evolutions (PSA 9); 1× Legendary Birds Blister Pack.
• Tier 2 - four winners: 1× Legendary Beasts Blister pack; 10× Inferno X Booster packs; 1× Rocket's Hitmonchan graded slab (PSA 9); 1× Nintendo Promo Pikachu.
• Tier 3 - three winners: 1× Leafeon VStar Special Collection; 1× Japanese Moltres Play Promo; 1× Sealed Mega Pikachu Promo and 1× Umbreon Exhibition Frame.
• Tier S (Subscribers’ Tier) - four winners: each winner receives 3× Prismatic Evolutions booster packs.

Prizes are as described or a reasonable equivalent of equal or higher value if required. No cash alternative.

Section 7. Winner selection and dates (pre-Christmas dispatch)

Draw date: Friday 12 December 2025 (12:00 UK time). Separate random draws will be conducted for each individual prize listed in Section 6 from the eligible entries for that Tier, using a verifiably random computer process or under the supervision of an independent person. A person may not win more than one prize within the same Tier; however, an individual may win across different Tiers. Winners will be contacted on the draw date and must claim within 48 hours. If unclaimed or ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected (redraw on or after 15 December 2025).

Dispatch: prizes are normally dispatched within 5 days of winner confirmation (target 15 - 17 December 2025) via tracked courier for pre-Christmas delivery.

Section 8. Publicity

Winners’ surname and county may be made available on request for 90 days after the draw. You may object to or request limitation of this publicity for privacy reasons when claiming your prize.

Section 9. No additional costs to enter, learn the outcome or receive the prize

There is no charge to enter, to learn the outcome or to receive the prize beyond ordinary costs such as standard delivery fees for qualifying purchases.

Section 10. Data protection

Personal data will be processed to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners and meet legal obligations, in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://sparkwood-collectables.com/policies/privacy-policy) and UK data protection law. We will not add you to marketing lists without opt-in consent.

Section 11. General

The Promoter may disqualify entries that are late, incomplete, illegible, bulk or automated, or otherwise in breach of these terms; may cancel or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control (without unfair disadvantage to entrants); and accepts no liability for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transit. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
